My passion for fitness and nutrition started during my weight loss journey in 2011. After following unrealistic diets, I realised that the only long term solution for my goals was changing my habits and mindset. Since started strength training in 2013, I have never stopped.
I have worked in the fitness industry since early 2017 with a variety of ages groups – children, teenagers, adults and seniors. I have participated and motivated all ages to be part of sporting events, including GC Marathon, Kingscliff triathlon and charity run events.
Together we can achieve real results, overcome fears, step out the comfort zone and smash fitness goals. I love what I do, and you will find that I’m always finding ways to train more efficiently and promote healthy eating.
I have designed Booty Class, an ankle-weight and band focused workout that target glute muscles, pelvic floor, and core strength. The style of the program and exercise routine brings unique fitness concepts from Brazil and my passion for women’s health & fitness together.
